ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT ACT NOTICE OF DECISION In accordance with the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act, Lafarge Canada Inc. has applied to Environment and Protected Areas for an amendment to an existing approval Exshaw Cement Manufacturing Plant. The amendment extends the expiry date of the approval to May 1, 2025. The operation is located at NE ¼ and SE ¼ of Section 22, Township 24, Range 9 W5M. The Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act may provide you a right of appeal against this decision to the Alberta Environmental Appeals Board.
